The Founding Fathers didn’t include specific language in the Bill of Rights regarding Facebook. Now, the ACLU has teamed with the social media giant to appeal a court ruling that said “liking” something on Facebook is not protected speech. The lawsuit stems from a man who was fired after he “liked” the Facebook page of a candidate who was running against the man’s boss, the sheriff of Hampton, Virginia.
