California Continues To Lead U.S. In Green Technology

According to reports, California continues to lead the nation in green technology and has the lowest greenhouse gas emissions per capita, even with a growing economy and population.

A program to make California green has brought in a lot of green. The state's program designed to control CO2 emissions has netted $1.1 billion in its first full year. But what to do with that money is another matter entirely.
