Aimee Machado
Aimee Machado came to public radio from the corporate world, where the money is better but the work spiritually bankrupting. Her love of the medium drew her to public radio in 1999 when she first began producing Talk of the City. She produced the award-winning 2001 documentary, "A Portrait of Hedab", which aired on KPCC and across the nation as part of the Public Radio Collaboration. Any of her spare time is spent on the beaches of Brazil.
