Scooter popularity rises as gas prices hit new highs

As gasoline pushes towards four and a half dollars a gallon in Southern California, some people are thinking about trading in their gas guzzlers for more efficient vehicles. And, apparently, a lot of folks are thinking about trading in four wheels for two. Sales of motor scooters have risen along with prices at the pump. Susan Carpenter is on with Madeleine.
