CA Holds Hearing on Voting Machines

Surely in some Sacramento backrooms Monday, legislators continued working on a state budget. But California Secretary of State Debra Bowen already has Election Day on the brain. She held a public hearing on California's electronic voting systems, and whether they'll be fit for use in the state's presidential primary in February. L.A. County's Ink-A-Vote system was not included in the review. KPCC's Brian Watt reports.
