The arraignment of a 24-year-old man wanted in connection with the torture and murder of two people is scheduled for today at Los Angeles Municipal Court, according to jail records.

Kuasheim Powell of New Jersey was arrested Tuesday in a Paramount home, Captain Mike Parker of the Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau said.

"Powell was wanted in connection with the homicides and torture of a young couple in a home in Camden, New Jersey on Feb. 22," Parker said. "Powell is the 10th person to be charged in connection with the killings. Four of the suspects are minors."

The bodies of Muriah Ashley Huff, 18, and her boyfriend, Michael Hawkins, 23, were found buried in the yard of a Camden, N.J. home on Feb. 26.
