Eric Garcetti will be sworn in as the mayor of Los Angeles 6 p.m. Sunday and on his first day in office Monday, he wants to meet with you. In a Facebook update Friday morning, Garcetti announced office hours to address questions from L.A. residents.

Garcetti's Facebook update:

Monday is my first day as Mayor and I am holding office hours from 2 to 5 pm to meet one-on-one with L.A. residents who need help from their city government. You must email to book a meeting. Because we only have a couple of hours, we'll randomly book meetings from among the emails we receive -- but everyone who emails will have their issue addressed directly by the Mayor's Office. I hope to hear from you!

Garcetti hosted a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) in June to encourage Redditors to "share [their] ideas on how to create jobs and solve problems in L.A." Discussion topics included improving public transportation and keeping entertainment jobs in L.A. He also previously took questions from the public during his campaign in an earlier Reddit AMA.

What would you like Garcetti to work on first? Leading up to the election, we asked folks what L.A.'s next mayor should prioritize as a part of our #DearMayor campaign. We mapped out responses and created a top seven list.
