A father and his two adult sons have been arrested after authorities say they found a large amount of explosives in an underground bunker on their Riverside County property.

The Los Angeles Times reports that 49-year-old Bruce Borynack, 25-year-old Zachariah Borynack and 23-year-old Zephaniah Borynack were arrested Sunday at their home in Cherry Valley after authorities served a search warrant and discovered the bunker.

Riverside County district attorney's office spokesman John Hall told The Associated Press that charges have not yet been filed.

The FBI and Air Force hazardous materials experts were called in to assist the investigation.
Explosives also were discovered in a vehicle Bruce and Zachariah Borynack were driving when they were stopped prior to the property search.
