An anti-abortion group has released a snippet of its latest video showing discussions with the chief executive of a California company that provides fetal tissue for research.

The Center for Medical Progress said Friday that the excerpt edited into a clip of previous video highlights shows the StemExpress executive discussing fully intact fetuses.

StemExpress says the snippet is taken out of context in a discussion about livers. The company says it has never received or provided intact fetuses.

The anti-abortion group won the right to show the video after a Los Angeles judge refused to further block its release.

The judge, however, says that the company is likely to prevail in its lawsuit charging invasion of privacy because the anti-abortion activists concealed their identities and secretly recorded the conversation.
