Arson investigators are on the scene of a large fire at a marijuana dispensary in downtown Los Angeles that authorities say began with a loud explosion.
Officials say 101 firefighters were dispatched to the commercial property on Broadway just after 3:40 a.m. Tuesday.
The blaze was knocked down in about 45 minutes after flames tore through the roof and gutted the 4,600-square-foot building.
No injuries are reported.
Battalion Chief Don Frazeur says the fire was centered in the attic of the pot dispensary and apparently began with some sort of blast.
The cause is under investigation.
