Google is looking to expand at the former Alameda Naval Air Station, where the company plans to lease a third building.

The Contra Costa Times reports that on Tuesday the City Council considered approving a lease to allow Google to take over a 65,400-square-foot building in the complex.

The technology giant has been at the former military base since 2013 when it moved into a former aircraft hangar after it acquired Makani Power. In 2014, Google renewed that lease and signed on for an additional 110,000 square feet.
