It'll be hot — real hot — but with an impressive list of festivals to choose from and a whole slew of places to eat the weekend away, there's really no excuse for you to stay home.

KTown Night Market

KTown Night Market

This after hours bazaar is your one-stop shop for a perfect weekend. A heavenly combination of music, fashion and food, more than 100 L.A. vendors will participate with everything from sushi to tacos — to be consumed after you shop your heart out from any of these local boutiques. As if that isn't enough to jam in two days, live music from an extensive roster of K-pop artists will play late into the night. Pro tip: Ample parking is available — if you know where to look. A few nearby lots are offering a $6 flat rate with this coupon.

Exit on Sepulveda Boulevard and you've arrived at your outdoor stop for the museum's summer exhibitions along with a live performance from local artist Moses Sumney, sandwiched between DJ sets. Plus, it'll be held on the museum courtyard, which flaunts some killer views.

Sundays will never be the same again — this weekly combination of food, craft, style and wellness is something that can only be described with its given name. Smorgasburg will transform a five-acre section of downtown Los Angeles with something for everyone. While there will be dozens of regular vendors, pop-ups and surprise events will give you an excuse to go more than once. Pro tip: Parking in DTLA is sometimes less than ideal. A new garage was just built for the market that offers two hours of free parking.
