The search for a missing South Pasadena boy continues this Memorial Day weekend.
Family and friends of 5-year-old Aramazd Andressian Jr. handed out flyers Saturday to people at Mission Park in Ventura and the Ranch House in Ojai. His mother and volunteers asked people to share his picture on social media.
"Not knowing any information is heart wrenching and I think that any kind of leads that we can hopefully get from people to help find him would be so beneficial," Jean Lee, a family friend, tells our media partner NBC4.

L.A. County Sheriff's detectives served a warrant at his paternal grandmother's home on Thursday. Several items were seized during the search but officials did not reveal what was taken.

Police found the boy's father unconscious and alone in a park on April 22, the same day he was supposed to drop the child off with his estranged wife.

Aramazd Andressian Sr. was placed under arrest for a short time but was released due to lack of evidence. He had recently moved into his mother's Montebello home.
