Gas tax repeal measure will be on November ballot

California voters will be asked this November if they want to reverse something the Legislature approved just a year ago: adding 12 cents per gallon of gasoline, 20 cents for diesel. Vehicle fees are also up.
 
The taxes and fees are enough to generate more than $5 billion dollars a year for road repairs and other transportation projects.
 
But voters could repeal all that with a vote this November.
