As rents continue to rise across Southern California, more people than ever are struggling to make ends meet after they drop off their monthly rent check. It’s why the L.A. County Supervisors are weighing whether or not to limit rent increases to 3 percent annually in the unincorporated parts of the county. KPCC’s Matt Tinoco reports.
