LA County opens new parking lot to homeless to sleep overnight

The Board of Supervisors voted to expand the county's participation in Safe Parking LA, a nonprofit devoted to finding lots for people to park while they sleep in their cars. The new lot is on Tujunga Avenue in North Hollywood.
