Assembly's early childhood commission releases draft proposals

For the past two years, the State Assembly has been trying to figure out the best way to make California's complicated early learning system easier for parents and providers to navigate. On Monday, the Blue Ribbon Commission on Early Childhood Education held a hearing in Sacramento to unveil their draft recommendations and take public comment. 

Commissioners shared highlights from the draft proposal, which covers everything from access to provider training and parent involvement.
