Former USC gynecologist George Tyndall was arrested at his Westlake home and charged with 29 felony counts of sexual abuse. Tyndall, who has been accused of assaulting hundreds of women, was charged in connection with the assaults of 16 women during medical appointments between 2009 and 2016.

Other accusations go back to when Tyndall started working at USC three decades ago. More than 500 women filed a class-action suit against Tyndall and USC for wrongdoing. USC has agreed to pay $215 million to settle some of the cases.
