At Census Time, Remember To Count Your Babies

The Supreme Court ruled to block the citizenship question from the 2020 census for now, but L.A. County is still an area considered hard to count. And this is particularly true for babies, toddlers and preschoolers.

In the 2010 Census, children under the age of 5 were the most undercounted group. And this can have big implications for a large number of programs that serve young children.
