The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the Trump Administration may not ask a question about citizenship on the 2020 Census. The ruling will have big implications for census takers trying to tally Angelenos living in predominantly immigrant neighborhoods, areas where it is traditionally hard to get an accurate count.
