Former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa has been up and down California as part of a 38-day listening tour.

His outreach lays a foundation for a run for governor, right? Villaraigosa told KPCC’s Mary Plummer he’s made a decision. He’s just not revealing what that is yet. Meanwhile, Lt. Gov.
