A loosely organized group called Anonymous has managed to shut down the websites of Mastercard and Visa over the past few days. No one really knows who Anonymous is (the name gives that away). What we do know is that they organize around the 4Chan message board. University of Southern California journalism professor Andrew Lih, and author of The Wikipedia Revolution, joins Madeleine to explain.
