This week, John Moe tells us that consumers are taking Research in Motion, the company behind Blackberry to court. There is a lawsuit pending over the company's days-long service outage earlier this month. Another company facing some bad news is Blockbuster. The movie rental store hoped to cash in on the flood of people leaving Netflix, but is now losing the support of Warner Bros. studios. And, Facebook is setting up servers near the arctic circle.
