Do you remember what you wore to your prom? What about the shirt you had on last Tuesday? Chances are, you can recall the former, but not the latter.

Actress Marilu Henner can remember both — and probably every outfit she's worn in-between. She has 'Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory,' a condition that only 20 people in the world are confirmed to have. People with H-Sam, as its informally known, can vividly recall details of almost every day of their lives. Henner has written a new book about what life is like with an impeccable memory, called "Total Memory Makeover." People with H-Sam remember 200 events or more in the span of any year, while most people remember only about 8 to 11.
