Long Beach Universal Basic Income

The city of Long Beach has agreed to pilot a Universal Basic Income program that will guarantee a specified amount of income to select individuals each month. We discuss how this program has worked elsewhere - the hits and the misses - and how this can help during this time of economic uncertainty.
